Julia is 19 months (which is how old Hannah was when Jay was born). She has grown a lot in the last 6 weeks or so. She talks like crazy and is very entertaining. She also loves babies. She notices them everywhere...in stores, on tv, in pictures...and loudly and repeatedly declares "Baby!"
Today she walked into the office with this baby wrapped in a blanket and said, "Mommy, baby heep [sleep], Mommy. Baby leep." She proceeded to rock and gently pat the baby.
So sweet.

I'm so glad you started a blog! I also enjoy this trend. It's such a fun way to keep track of people!
Did you know that Rachel ended hers?
I was bummed. I had only known about it for a couple of months! I hear she's doing better again, so that is good!
What lovely children! I have three girls so I am well-aquainted with 'baby loving'! I love seeing them care so carefully for their little dollies. It is so good but overlooked that that is a learned behavior. I am so grateful our girls (and your childen!) have have love and care modeled to them.
Especially with our minds on our adoption, I am aware that not all children have been so blessed.
I'll be back. I'm adding you to my favorites list so I can check all the blogs I visit at once! I look forward to more posts!
What happened with Rachel? Is she okay?
I am not sure if she ever found out the cause. Sll I know is that she thought it was related to her kidney disease and nothing was helping and then she had some test and they were excited to learn that the kidney disease had gone into remission! Praise the Lord! Only thing is, she still had all these problems. Dizziness to the point that she couldn't be up for more than a few minutes at a time and I think she said fatigue. Last I heard was from Jeff who said she was improving. I don't know if he was just being optomistic or not. Rachel's mom had mentioned that she was doing better too. That's all I know. I should email her again.
oooh. Julia is so cute.
