"Mommy, I sit on da wap-a-you?" Being interpretted: "Mommy, can I sit on your lap?"
Why would I want to resist such cuteness??
I can't believe how big she is already. She'll be two in just one month. Since having children we've always had someone under two in the house!

I didn't need the translation! I love how the little ones talk!
I told Steve the other day that if I can speak as well as Ivy (2yrs) in Russian and Read as well as Annette (5&1/2yrs)who is doing pretty well, I'll be happy! I probably won't be as cute as a two-year-old, though...
Oh Andrea. It will definately be different. I have to say it is weird to me too. She is getting so old. I remember visiting you when she was born. She was so precious and still is.
I discovered a good trick to keep the kids trapped in the boys' room.
I bought the kids a basketball hoop that hangs over the top of the door. They love playing with it. If they open the door, it comes crashing to the floor. By their own choice, they are currently contained.
This is my recipe for peace and quiet.
